About Omda and the Role

Omda is a leading player in the Nordics, with a growing presence in Europe and the rest of the world. As our new Junior Marketing Coordinator, you will become a key player in our continued international growth.

We do not expect you to know everything from day one. We are primarily looking for a junior candidate with education and/or experience in marketing, communication, or a related field. This is a unique opportunity to build a solid career within international business development, tender work, and marketing communication.

Key responsibilities

• Tenders and RFIs (Sales Support): Coordinate, structure, and write responses to RFIs (Request for Information) and tenders for the Nordic and European markets.

• Content and Website: Renew, write, and quality-assure text about Omda and our products on our homepage.

• Webinars and Customer Meetings: Plan, set up, and facilitate webinars and digital/physical meeting hubs for our customers.

• Customer Dialogue: Answer incoming inquiries from potential customers who want information and details about our company and product portfolio.

Who are you?

• Education: You have recently completed (or have brief experience after) a degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.

• Languages: You communicate professionally in English, both written and spoken. In addition, you must be fluent in either Norwegian or Swedish.

• Communication Skills: You are a skilled writer, enjoy content creation, and can translate product information into engaging content.
