We are now looking for a Development Manager to join our Woman & Child Business Area. This is more than a management role—it's an opportunity to develop people, build organisational capability, and help shape the future of healthcare technology.
Working closely with Product Management, Development, Delivery, and Business Area leadership, you will play a key role in translating strategy into successful products while creating an environment where people and teams thrive.
Your Mission

What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
Build leadership capability and support the development of future leaders.
Drive collaboration across teams, disciplines, and locations.
Ensure high-quality and predictable product delivery.
Contribute to strategic planning, prioritisation, and resource allocation.
Continuously improve processes, ways of working, and engineering excellence.
Support key customer initiatives and business-critical projects.
What We're Looking For

Experience within healthcare, regulated industries, or integration-intensive environments would be advantageous, but is not essential.
