Your role: Test Team Lead

As our Test Team Lead, you’ll take ownership of quality assurance for our Maternity software, used daily in clinics and hospitals across the Nordics. You’ll work hands-on with testing, while also mentoring a small QA team. Your work will directly impact the safety of families during life’s most important moments.

What You’ll Do:

• Participate in all aspects of testing: planning, execution, and reporting.

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve test strategies, plans, and processes.

• Ensure our solutions meet the highest standards for quality, security, and compliance.

• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective test cases.

• Support your fellow QA engineer, fostering a culture of quality and continuous learning.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Relevant education or experience in software development, healthcare or IT.

• Experience with software testing, quality assurance, or clinical system validation.

• Interest in technology and willingness to learn new tools and methods.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Fluency in Norwegian.

Bonus Skills:

• Proficient with tools and frameworks such as Cypress, Postman, Azure DevOps, and JIRA/Zephyr

• Solid understanding of test automation techniques and best practices

• ISTQB Certified (International Software Testing Qualifications Board)

• Hands-on experience with healthcare information systems

• Basic proficiency in Finnish (elementary communication skills)

Location & Language

This role is primarily based at our headquarters in Oslo (NO), with the option to work from our offices in Gothenburg (SE).
