At Omda you’ll be close to customer needs and your work will have an impact where it matters most.

Our Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) business area provides comprehensive support for all aspects of blood, cell and tissue management, with 180 blood centres across 5 countries utilising the platform.

As our Software developer you will develop and maintain Omda Blood Establishment (also known as ProSang), the leading blood, cell and tissue management system in Scandinavia.

As our Software developer you will:

  • Develop and maintain Omda Blood Establishment, an integral part of blood, cell and tissue management at more than 180 blood centers across five countries.
  • Apply your skills and your talent to drive an exciting technological shift with ample opportunity to build medical software at the forefront of technology.
  • Become a key member of a self-managed agile team of highly skilled and passsionate colleagues.

Your matching strengths for our role:

  • BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Technical competence and several years of experience working as a Java developer in complex systems.
  • Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming languages and principles, and well versed in modern architecture and commonly used frameworks and design patterns.
  • Great communication skills in both English and Swedish.
  • Teamwork and customer oriented.
  • Can do attitude; fearless, proactivity and driven.
  • Well-organised and structured.
